Powder for oral suspension are manufactured and filled in suitable filling area with controlled temperature and humidity conditions. A uniform dosing machine and rotocube mixer is used in manufacturing and filling as per standard operating procedure. Dry powder is blended and filled as per dosage in volume marked glass or pet bottles of different shapes, color and sizes. The bottles are sealed in manufacturing area and thereafter labelled & packed with/without inner box, as shown in the picture.

Powder blending
The rotocube machine is used in mixing the powder for dry syrup. This machine mixes the material without any sifting of heavy weight granules & light weight granules. Inside the rotocube two arms with hands are fitted which moves in reverse direction of the drum.

Powder filling & sealing
Powder is filled with the help of aguar with timer setting. The capping of bottles is done manually and sealed with motorised machine. The bottles are than delivered for labelling & packing.
