The sterile powder is filled in sterile condition with automatic vacuum cavity filling and sealing machine. Continuous sterility process is on during the filling operation. This is done by air filtration, U.V disinfection and positive air pressure through heap filters. Sterile powder is filled in vials available with or without flip off cap. The vials can be filled from 134mg. upto 4Gms. of powder with change parts of machine. The vials are individually packed with or without inner box and can be further packed in outer box of 5,10,25,50 or 100 vials.

Sterile powder filling in vials & sealing
The filling of sterile powder is done with the help of cavity wheel wherein the powder is taken from the hopper into the cavity with the help of vacuum. The filled cavity is delivered into the vial with the help of nitrogen air pressure. The vials move on the conveyor belt and timing is set with the movement of cavity wheel. After filling, the plugging of vials is done with sterile rubber bungs automatically, thereafter sent to sealing machine with the help of turn table as shown in the picture. The vials are automatically capped with a shoot and sealed in a rotary movement of sealing wheel & die and are than collected on turn table. Both the processes are continuous and done on the same machine in the same area.
