Empty hard gelatine capsules of different sizes & colors with double lock system, round printing & plain printing are processed for filling on semi automatic machine capable of filling powder and granules with the help of different blades of aguar. Sustain release granules can also be filled in capsules. The capsules are filled, sealed, polished and packed in variety
of make and style.

Capsule Filling
The empty hard gelatine capsules are loaded in a tray with automatic process. The tray is separated into two parts, similarly the capsules are also separated into two parts. The bottom of the capsule is filled with powder with the help of aguar filling machine attached to it. Both the parts of capsule are sealed together again. The picture shown exhibits the
complete machine.

Capsule Polishing
During the capsule filling process powder or minute dust particles get collected over the body of the capsules and also broken, empty and chipped capsules get collected. These are separated with the help of adjustable air pressure and trained operators. Each and every capsule is inspected manually before going for polishing. The capsules are polished with brushes and vacuum affixed in the machine. The polished capsules are then collected in a container for further packing.
