Process
Poly Ethylene Glycol 1500, Poly Ethylene Glycol 6000, base material is melted at 60º centigrade and then Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben and B.H.T. are added to it. All masses and preservatives are added to the tank and stirred. Then active drug material, weighed as per mentioned in label amount is added to the tank and mix it properly to form a homogeneous mass. Thereafter the melted mass is filled into preformed cavity strip rolls and cooled in cooling chamber at 20º centigrade temperature and then sealed into Sealing machine. The required strip size is cut and thereafter all strips are sent to checking & packing department to be packed in individual cartons.
